All sessions require a temporary, refundable holding fee to hold a date and time on our calendar. This is to help us prevent last minute-cancelations and no-shows. We are a small business and our team comes together and we block off time on our schedule for your family. This temporary fee is returned back onto your card at your Zoom Ordering Appointment when you choose your portrait, or may be applied toward additional artwork.
